Made my own UCA for my Daystar lift and it’s made a tremendous improvement in ride and the suspension can now cycle without binding or impacting anything. The UCAs are from the 2019 2” kit. The ball studs are 8mm and purchased from amazon. Drilled a 13/64” hole and tapped with a M6x1 tap. Had about 3-4 threads in the tubing wall. Went a step further and JB Welded the stud in to seal and reinforce the connection. Links had to be adjusted but the radial cycle was maintained as to not mess up the system at just under 3.25” to the center of the control arm bolt to the stud.

i know this is a "bit" old...i'm just looking into this now...is this the arm you went with? the link you had originally no longer exists 2

also, which ball on amazon did you go with?
