Is this the lift kit everyone is using to lift the air ride trucks ??

That’s it. Just the front though. To my knowledge nobody has done anything to the back and I’m not sure if anything is possible in the rear. The front spacer is also sold alone by itself.
 
Rough county has a 5 inch lift kit a few on here have done
 
Is there a 1" available. I don't want there to be any possibility of the back looking even slightly lower than the front. Or does the 2" in the front still leave a very slight rake?

God forbid I get confused with the glue eating nephsons that like to squat their trucks!
 
Do you need control arms with this or is this all you need? Any impact noticed on mpg?
