AIR NOT BLOWING, AND NOT HOT!

Hey guys, it's -28 here I work this morning took my truck out and noticed there was no hot air. Not only was there no hot air warming the interior of the vehicle the air was not shooting properly in my face or on the window or in any direction I placed it. The air pressure is minimum despite what setting I have it on. Please let me know what to do my truck is a 2023 Rebel GT with 28,000 km and all dealerships are closed today

Can you hear the fan running ? If not it could be a fuse .

Or the blower motor control module.
If the fan sounds like it is going at a good clip then a blend door control issue.
Any codes popping up?

Your cabin filter may be full of snow if the blower fan is operating. Has happened to me a few times with high winds and blowing snow.
