air leak noise coming from underneath truck

Recently I've been driving with the windows down in my truck and noticed an "airy" sound coming from underneath the truck. It definitely echos and in more noticeable when driving between buildings at low speeds. I hear it more than I hear the stock exhaust. Gets louder with throttle
- no engine lights, no mods
-full synthetic oil just changed

I had a 2015 GMC 5.3L and it sounded more like a V8 than this, and my buddy's 6 cyl sounds more appeasing than my truck.

Is this the normal sound? Is this the hemi "tick" people mention? Thoughts?

I'd love to know if you're able to figure anything out about this. I recently installed a corsa exhaust system and although it sounds incredible when I have the windows down I hear this airy sound more than the exhaust at normal acceleration. I'd love to hear a more crisp acceleration for sure...
