Aftermarket fog lights in bumper

Hi guys. I know there was a kit for the 4th gens but has anyone found a fog light kit that will fit in the bumper for 5th gens where the toe hooks would go? I know Rough Country has the kit to go in the grill on both sides of the RAM logo but I want the ones in the bumper.

Thinking for down the road.
