AFS Lights - Weird Issue

Ok, so I have a 2019 DT Bighorn with level 2 group. I noticed while on a long trip that my halogen lights would come on and "point" in the direction I'm turning to illuminate the area I'm turning into. It was happening as I turned the steering wheel (no blinker needed). Drove to New Mexico and had that feature anytime we were driving at night and turning. Now at home, it's not doing it anymore. From what I can see online, the non-LED vehicles aren't supposed to have this "feature" but I clearly had it and it was working with the halogens and it was NICE! Now, not working. Am I wrong on the LED only? Software glitch that enabled it? And if so, it would seem it could be enabled as the hardware is clearly there to do the pointing/illuminating. Anyone have any ideas? Similar truck with the same feature?

Sounds like the fog lamps, they come on automatically when turning the steering wheel to either side. At least the Laramie does not sure about the big horn. Only the Longhorns and limited have the adaptive LEDs, and the inner light is motor driven to move, there is no possible way the head lights were moving on halogen or mid grade led housings, they do not have the mechanical parts to do it.

Ok, I'll check that. I think I have the fogs on at all times, but perhaps I'm noticing it when I have the high beams on (so they shut off, except for the turns). I'll let you know what I find out.

If I don't have my driving lights (fog lights) on mine will come on when I turn the blinker on when I slow down enough to make the turn.

If your fogs are switched on, this feature will not activate unless your bright lights are on (because bright setting deactivates fog lights). If your fogs are switched off, they will illuminate in the direction of turn.

This sounds like the exact situation because the fogs shut off with the high beams you'll notice them come on with turns. The fogs only function as a cornering light below 35 mph.

Ok, mine does it without the blinker, just have to be going slow and make the turn.
