Does anyone know if it's possible to add the 3 prong outlet up front to a truck that didn't come with one?

I can't say for sure about up front, but on a separate but related subject, how about the ability to add an outlet to the bed of the truck to plug in radios, etc.? I think some trim levels may have come with one, but my Laramie did not. And I don't have the bed light kit either. But an outlet sure would come in handy.
