adding a sub to the alpine system

hey everyone. I have a 2019 with the alpine and wanted to add one of those slim subs to the set up. is this a simple plug and go?

If you have Alpine, did you know you already have a slim sub in the system?

Some folks gain improved bass response from a subwoofer speaker swap in older models, but I’m not sure if anyone has done that with a 2019 model yet... may be a different speaker than previous years.

Oh and FYI almost nothing is simple plug and go with this stereo system... it’s all tied into the infotainment system and thus is a bit complicated to upgrade. Read around to see.

Connect subwoofer amp with 8.4 screen and 6 speaker system
