Add Level 1 Safety Group to Big Horn

Is it possible to add the Level 1 Safety Group to existing 2021 Big Horn....specifically Advanced Brake Assist and Full-Speed Forward-Collision Warning?

I have the same question. In my neck of the woods the dealers only had that feature on much higher priced models.
So far I've not been able find it on the web. May have to call dealer.
