I recently picked up a 2020 1500 limited. It's been amazing so far, but we were exploring the different options and discovered the ParkSense park assist. However, when attempting to try it out, we got a message that said "Active ParkSense Temporarily Unavailable". We checked the settings we found in Safety and Driving Assistance, there is nothing in the hitch receiver, we tested the sensors which all seemed to function correctly. This is the same every time we try to use the park assist. We are going slow less than 5 mph, and have tried it stopped as well. We've had it in Drive and Park.
We manually tested each sensor with my wife sitting in the driver seat and me holding my hand over the sensor and her acknowledging the sensor light and sound notification on the Driver Assist dash menu.
Does anyone have issues with this? Or even better, a fix for it?
