Accessory mode vs "Run" mode

This has probably been answered but I couldn't find the post. Is it safe to use either of these mode if I'm waiting in the car for 20/30min ish? Just for like radio/phone charging purposes or should I just turn the engine on, and if so should it be on accessory mode or run.

Acc. And push the button without your foot on the brake

can't, just do not put foot on brake.

Most of the crap in mine doesn't even work unless it's in run...
