Accessing the Back of OEM Bedlights w/Rambox Bed?

I need to get access to the back of the factory bed lights to remove them and it doesn't appear that it can be done by removing the tail lights like on the regular beds if the bed has Ramboxes. Anyone done this or have any ideas? Tried from the front but I didn't want to break anything.

They pry out from the front. I haven't removed them, but installed them.
