AC TSB BS

Anyone gotten the AC TSB done?

My Dealer is jerking me around. First they said they’d order the parts. Then they said I had to come in before they could order the parts. I make an apptmt, come in and then they said it was too cold to duplicate the problem. When I said the TSB doesn’t require that, they said they had to. I asked if they could pull it in the shop (never did), and then they said that despite my having an apptmt , they didn’t have a tech available to run the procedure. I asked what procedure, they said it was informal checking. I asked what the purpose of my coming in was? Got the Dumb Service Manager look.

Anyway, hoping to hear others who have been successful in getting their dealer to order the parts.

I know that look. It is the look of hatred for asking them to do their job and annoyance for expecting them to do their job. We just need to let them do their oil changes and not tighten the bolt, tell other owners they can not duplicate the problem, after all they don't want to miss happy hour.
