Each time I start my truck my driver side ac low fan goes on for my seat ? Anyone know how to fix this ?

Yes, check your Auto Comfort Settings, turn the auto ventilated seats off. It is in the settings where you can choose if want heated or ventilated to be auto turned on when you start the vehicle remotely or at each startup based on ambient temperature.

That’s one of my favorite features! The owner’s manual states the temperatures where the heat or ventilation will be triggered. But as @shewstring pointed out, you can disable it.
