I recall running across - in one the many threads here - a discussion of the AC condensate getting behind the insulation blanket and running down the firewall. I just fixed mine. There was a similar discussion years ago over on turbodieselregister related to my 2004. The fix is to find a molded heater hose of 5/8" inner diameter with a 90 degree elbow, cutting out the piece you need, and slipping it onto the drain nipple....don't even need a clamp. The piece I just used was in my scrap bin, so it had no part number on it....but it worked. Your favorite parts house will likely let you rummage around in their stock to find a suitable hose.
