I'm pretty sure this is it, but wanted to verify before spraying cleaner in it

I little background. I changed my cabin air filter yesterday and noticed it had mold/mildew on it.

I change the filter twice a year, and I haven't noticed this before.
There is no mold/mildew smell in the truck, and nowhere feels damp on the floor. So I'm not sure what's going on. I'm going to spray Kool It into the evap drain just to make sure it's draining properly.

Where do you live and what's the weather been like?

I live in the New Orleans area. So It's always humid. Weather has been back in forth between cold and warm the past few weeks. Pretty typical, and nothing out of the ordinary.

The truck doesn't smell damp. Its washed at least once a month - normally every two weeks - and I haven't noticed the floor boards being damp while vaccuming.

So I'm at a loss.

Maybe it's the humidity. Just guessing here.
