I just got the diablo sport trinity 2, and I LOVE it. whole new experience on my truck, helped mgp shockingly. bbbuuuttt it seems as though anything after level 5 of ac the radiator fan gets REALLY loud and no more cool air comes out. anyone have this same issue and if so what's the solution?

I’m not sure about the issue, but how much did it help MPG? Do you have to use an unlocked PCM?

Tune should t have any effect on A/C performance, other than possibly turning off the compressor at a lower coolant temp, and for longer under WOT. Are you also running a 180 thermostat with lowered cooling fan temps?

I watched @Waterfowler41 ‘s video. If you go to the end of the video, he said some functions didn’t work for awhile since he had the battery disconnected. Maybe it’s something similar
