I think it's wrapped, only because you can still see the white on the bed behind the bumper. either that or they were super lazy when they painted it. Anyway that looks terrible.

My bet is that it’s something they did for breast cancer awareness month as a promotional truck, or maybe $xxx goes to breast cancer research. I’m sure when the truck is sold the wrap is pulled off. Unless you’re a weirdo, that is. I hope this is the case and good on them if it is.
