Walmart, has the Falken Rubitrek AT for $139 right now, free shipping. 275/65R18. I ordered 4 for my 18" winter wheels.
Also they have the Toyo Studless Winter Snow Observe GSI-5 in the same size for $139 each. I run those on my Hyundai Electric and they were great last winter.
The Rubitrek has quite a following on the Tacoma sites and is hard to find for under $175..
