I saw a TSB last year about the A/C takes to long to cool after starting truck. I can not find it now. Can someone provide a link to the TSB?

Does this TSB completely solves the ac issue?
Mine as well. Only complaint I have is that it could blow harder, but it definitely cools off good. I don’t have to leave the fan on hi for 30 minutes to be comfortable anymore when the temp says 106 on the dash.
