A/c problems

So having an A/c problems for first time since purchasing. Heater seems not to be working because max heat doesn’t feel like it’s hot at all.. what is going on there? Thanks plan on taking to dealer when I have free time...

Is it really cold where you are ? I had a vehicle once that lost its heat and it was because my antifreeze was low .

It’s not cold 50 during the day... low 30 at night

Saw that my engine coolent is just about out, any recommendations on what type and brand to use? Thanks
