A/C Fan speed delay

I have a 2020 big horn with manual climate control and there is a noticeable delay when I turn up the A/C fan speed. I turn the knob and there is about a 3 second delay before it starts to change fan speed. Is this a problem or are all of them like this?

It's normal for the manual control
