I can't figure out how to turn the volume down on the voice assistant. I can say call a number and it's like the computer voice is yelling back at me . The main volume control does not seem to turn the volume of the assistants voice. Is there a setting I am missing? Thanks for any input.

When the voice comes on. Turn it down during its speech. It’ll turn down.

I believe it’s volume control is activated during operation (during speech)

At least it does with mine.

I have tried that, it does not seem to affect it, unless I turn volume off. Even when talking with someone through the blue tooth connection the audio volume seeems really loud at all. Settings on volume knob.

Have you tried turning it down with the steering wheel controls during the offending speech? If that doesn't work, I'd definitely show the dealer.
