I have a 2019 with the 8.4 Radio.....driving and all of a sudden the volume went wide open.....can only turn it to no volume or is wide open?? Help?

Happened to me a couple weeks ago. Push and hold volume and tune buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds and reboot. Dealer say's it's just an occasional glitch. Nearly pinched a loaf when it happened to me!
