8.4-Inch Uconnect as part of Laramie Level 2 Equipment Group or added w/ Level 1 Equipment Group

I have found two identical Laramie Quad Cabs. One has the Level 2 Equipment Group ($3895); the other has Level 1 Equipment Group ($1695) plus Uconnect(R) 4C NAV with 8.4-Inch Display ($795). The descriptions indicate that either way, the buyer gets the same thing. Can someone explain the $1405 price disadvantage in getting the Level 2 Equipment Group? The VIN's are 28 apart.
