8.4 2020 Laramie aux jack playback volume

2020 Laramie 8.4 Alpine system will only recognize my Sony MP3 in the Aux port. When I do get it playing volume is about half of the Sirius XM volume?
Any ideas?

This might not bring the volume up to same level as Xm but there is a Aux input volume offset in the settings.
