70,000KM/45,000 miles maintenance?

Hey what's everyone done to their truck maintenance wise at 70,000KM or 45,000 miles other than simple oil changes? I've been changing my oil every 10,000KM. I'm about to go on a 8,000KM road trip both ways and was wondering if I should do anything to it prior. Coolant change? Transmission fluid?

Tranny good til 150000km, coolant is rated for 10 years so you should be good(just make sure it topped up). I would change oil just prior to going. I will be doing a 6000KM trip this summer and just gonna get oil changed and tires rotated prior to going.
