There's a ton of resemblance. Besides 4 wheels, both have a right outside mirror, a windshield, a grill, headlights, etc. They're almost identical.

Very cool pic. I’m always surprised how small those old trucks look when you see them next to modern day trucks. Hopefully Ram and Chrysler, Dodge etc will be around another 69 years.
