I have 2019 Ram Rebel 1500 with 2” spacers lift kit and 325/65/18, looking to upgrade my lift to 6” and 37” tires, how bad is the power loss and it’s bad for the engine and transmission putting more stress on it without regear axle? There is anyone have done it and have any feedback? Thanks

your rebel has 3.92 gearing (i assume all Rebels do) you will be fine.
however, you're gonna cut your frame to fit 6" kits that doesn't add additional clearances just to run 37s?
no additional suspension travel than regular 3" kits, no additional ground clearance than regular 3" kits, no returning to stock or going back with those 4"+ kits, no skid plates with 4"+ kits.

i've seen people local to me fit 37s with 3" kits. granted, a lot of trimming and possible removal of fender liner is required but at least you're not putting yourself down a path of no return.

edit: i have done it on customer's truck and it was... terrible. Ride quality is not good, extra work required, 100% wouldn't recommend. Yes, we charged more and made more, but I much rather do a 3" and charge less for a better ride truck.

Ran 6" and 37's daily on my 4th Gen w/ 3.92 and no issues and loved it!! I'm not sure what kit and tires used above to make "Terrible".

It rode great and only reason I didn't do it this time is I have 3.21 and didn't want the added costs. I did it for the looks, I'm not off-roading a truck. I had a Rubicon for that type of fun.

My last kit was Superlift w/ Bilstein 6112/5160 and Cooper STT PRO 37X13.5

I Appreciate your answer you convencen me no to but love the aggressive looking and I don’t do off-road always highway and city. I have read I another sites saying the same and very few people saying that if used with good quality 6” lift kit will feel very confort but I don’t know more people saying not do it I am going with that no doing it. Thanks

Any recommendation for 3” suspension lift kit, Icon, Fabtech, BDS/Fox? Looking for the best ride quality, smooth and comfort. And need new actual one worn out, looking at the BFG KO3 or Toyo open country Trial. Which is the best combination? 35x12.5/18

omit the Eibach springs in the front, and use Carli HD Rebel springs in the rear. I swapped those out because of the constant weight I have.
This is what you should get if you don't have ~600lb+ constant weight

Alternatively, if you don't want to piecing together your kit like I did (I did mine in mid 2022 when Kings were backordered with no ETA and I only had 6 months to get the truck delivered from factory to get it ready to go do long-term expedition and high speed desert runs), look into Thuren kits and send them an email with how you want the ride to be, how you drive, and the terrain you drive on. The good thing about Thuren is you can get them to tune the shocks catering to YOU specifically, if you talk to them direct vs going through a distributor.
Carli 2.5 Performance system is another one-stop-package and it works for ~80% of the people who buy these things, the remaining 20% who are picky should look at Thurens.

Personally, if I was to do this again with no backorder involved, I 1000% would do Thuren over my current Fox 2.5. Reason is as good as the Fox 2.5s ride on pavement, there are still some room left for improvement, which they ALL do doesn't matter whether if it's King or Fox. The difference is, with the Thuren, I could just tell Don what I want, what type of terrain I usually drive on, and how I drive and he'll do his magic, whereas on other ones I have to figure it out myself and not that many tuners mess with Fox systems. It's just more math for me to do to dial it in and more work for me if I want to tune these myself.

I don't recommend ICON at all. I've seen quite a lot of icon shocks with pintops sheering off on some basic forest service roads, sheered billet UCA on some easy 2WD trails, premature leaks (~6 months after install) in my years building and maintaining offroad/ overland/ expedition rigs for customers. The latest one is some ICON 2.5 come PRE-LEAKED in the package box. Opened the box and smelled shock oil and moved the wrappers aside to find... shock oil everywhere from one of the shocks. None of these issues were found on Fox 2.5 or Kings.

As for BDS... some people swear by them because they're owned by Fox. Yes, that is true, but what's the point of buying BDS labeled FOX over stock Fox, when there is no statistics (suspension travel, droop, extensions, compressions, etc) being published? Naturally, I assume it's the same as regular Fox 2.5 DSC. If that's the case, why not just get the regular Fox 2.5 DSC lol

Some people also run Accutune tuned shocks. Let me just say they also leave a lot of rooms for improvement. From what I've experienced on the trails doing test rides, I feel like they don't know what they're doing because what they described on the site is definitely NOT what they are shipping. I'd say use them for shock rebuild, but buy Carli or Thuren if you want a pre-tuned package.

fabtech... just hell no lol

Thanks for all the info I appreciated. I will take a look on Thuren.

And no I don’t have 600lb+ constant weight.
