I have a full sized spare, but on a steel 18" wheel, same size as my other wheels. Not too long ago, I got a flat that required me to use spare, of course, I found out for sure, my spare doesn't have a sensor. When I got tire replaced, it went under the bed for a few hours. For a short while, the TPMS picked up the spare. I'm wondering if I get a sensor in my spare location, would that cause problems or issues? Considering getting a 5th rim and would like to include it in a 5 wheel rotation.
