Is there a way to change the HALO to Amber via the utility ?

No, you can't, unless you open the head light assy and change the LED boards.

thats strange, i think the Halo is the turn signal so they do turn yellow.
on the tazer for the Amber DRL, if the option is to set to both, they still remain white?
