Hello new guy here. I just ordered a new 2021 Ram 3500 Mega cab truck from my local dealer. He just sent over the build sheet. I requested that I receive the 50 gallon option tank. Now I hear that option is not available on the Mega Cab. Is this correct? Thank You in advanced.

From what I have heard you need the 8' bed to accommodate the 50 gallon tank, and since I believe you can only get the mega cab in the shorter box it seems like it would not be possible to order it that way.

Joe is correct, the 50 gallon tank is only available with the 8' bed. Which is not available with the mega cab.
However, if you want it that bad. There are companies out there that will give you an 8' bed with your mega cab, I believe I remember it being about 10k.
