4th gen handles on 5th gen?

I have searched high and low for a set of painted door handles for my BTS. Everything that pulls up shows for 2011-2018 Rams…they LOOK the same as my current handles as far as the size and design but doesn’t anyone know if they would in fact work on a 5th gen? I don’t want to order from the dealer.

Totally different handles. 4th gen handles are not compatible with 5th gen trucks.

5th gen handles are separate parts, door lock is its own part and the handle itself is its own part:

I'm looking for bright white - I have a BTS, which has matte black handles. I'm wanting to get a little more color matched pieces and tone down all the black accents.
