305/45/22 on a 22x9.5 ET 0

I am looking at a set of 22x9.5 wheels with a 0 offset and want to run 305/45/22 on stock suspension. I know I have seen someone on a 2/4 drop with 22x10 +10 run those same size tires with no issue. Only reason I ask is because Mr Wheel Deal said they wouldnt fit without a level or lift which I find odd. Eventually the truck will be lowered but at most right now I'll do a reverse level.

I have Toyo 305/45r22 on my stock 22's and they fit fine. They do rub on the plastic inner fender guards if I am in the entry/exit mode of the oem air suspension but do not at any other setting.
