3.21 to 3.92 conversion

I have a 2019 Ram 1500, 5.7L with 3.21 rear gears. I want to swap the gears to 3.92s. Does anyone know what other modifications would be required, if any? Computer reprogramming? Trans cooler? What exactly are the differences from factory other than the gears?

I don't know about the electronic part of it but mechanical I would buy a front differential from a wreck,and do a rear gear swap, I say this because some will say its not possible for less than $4000.

The new axle ratio would have to be programmed in, so the speedometer, the transmission shifts points, ABS, ESC, etc. all work right.

I just done my rear 321 to 392 swap myself for about 1200. Thats gears and a Posi. But i set it up myself

Please go into a little more detail on this. Where did you get the 3.92 front axle? Direct from Ram dealer? Did you program anything else? Thanks in advance for any other info!!
