So I traded my 2023 ram with a hemi for a 2026 with the 3.0tt. I ran 0-20 liqui Moly in the hemi. What should I run in the 3.0? I seen the so and rho take different oil weights. Is the heavier oil that the rho takes better?

The oil is better... for the high output. If you have the standard output, I would stay at 0w20 for the winter, and go 0w30 for summer (or 5w30). Ford already went down this road with their ecoboost engines and found that (x)W30 was the absolute minimum weight for a turbocharged engine. I stayed with 5w30 (5k mile OCI) for my 2.7 TT ecoboost F150 year round and never had an issue

If you value your power train warranty I’d stick with the recommended oil viscosity for your engine. It tells you on the oil cap and also in the owner’s manual. Deviating from that can potentially cost you if there is a warranty issue with your engine.
