Does the 4wd have different shocks, struts or UCA compare to 2wd. Do they have the same set up? I have 2019 Ram Rebel rear wheel drive

Reason Im asking is, I was going to purchase a 3.5" lift kit but it says for 4wd. Im just Wondering if that kit will fit into 2wd.

Yes, they do make a 2WD Rebel...it's for all those pavement queens in the south who want a truck that's just slightly cheaper.
Yes, I'm sure the front suspension is different between the two.

This may not be inclusive to your Rebel, but there are enough differences between Ram 1500 2WD and 4WD front suspensions that it would likely affect components in a lift kit.

In all honestly, I owned a 2017 Rebel (4x4) for three years. I never took it off-road even one time. I liked the looks of it more than the other models, and needed 4x4 for better traction in winter driving. I would absolutely consider getting a 2wd Rebel (or any other model) if I lived where I didn't have to drive in snowy or icy conditions. Better fuel economy, faster acceleration, higher payload and tow ratings for those who use their trucks for that. You might lose a little on resale, but you also pay more up front for 4x4.

When looking at suspension parts for Ram DT, it doesn't differentiate between 2 or 4 wheel drive
In other words, the same
The only difference is air suspension vs non air suspension

Looks like you are correct, although I'm a little surprised that the front shock valving would be the same for 2WD and 4WD considering the extra differential weight.

I think this is a plus for Ram. I'm pretty sure F-series and Silverado use different components 2WD/4WD, unless they've changed very recently.

Has anyone confirmed this? Am planning on doing the same this but adding the 3.5 struts not spacers.
