295/60/20 Toyo at3 with Bilstein 5100’s

Okay guys. I’ve researched this to death and never could really get the information I was looking for. So I bit the bullet and bought the tires I thought I needed and it’s a perfect fit. I’m going to share my setup in hopes of helping someone else. My concerns where always what size tire would fit without rubbing and how much power loss and mpg loss I would have after the fact. Some threads say 35/12.5 fit some say they won’t. So much mixed information. Here’s what I got

2020 ram 1500
4wd
Sport model
ORP ( according to window sticker )
5.7 hemi normal engine
3:92 gears
Factory 20” rims

I put the 5100’s On the front set to their max recommendation for ORP. I think it’s something like the fifth ring @ 1.68 but I’m not sure of that. Been several months since their install. Everything else on the front I kept factory. No issues so far with close to 30,000 miles on it.

On the rear I put 2” spacer blocks under the coil springs. Everything else on the rear factory.

Today I had a piece of a tree limb puncture the sidewall of my tire on the rear. I bit the bullet and put 4 new tires on it.
Toyo AT3’s in 295/60/20.
They fit perfectly. Zero rub. In my opinion look great. They fill the hole nicely without it looking crammed.

I’ll update again in a week or so, but first impressions is I have zero noticeable power loss and with only fifty miles on them, I can’t detect a mpg loss. Speedometer VS GPS is only 3mph off. I’ll get a better picture when I get it on flat ground again. In the grass hard to tell how it looks. Pictures definitely don’t do it justice.

Looks good I went with the BFG‘s I think they run a little smaller than a Toyo

Update. I dropped 1-1.5 mpg. Loving everything about the new tires.

Looks great! I've been looking at lifting and going with bigger tires. I feel like this is perfect! Now to save up money for the tires and Fox coilovers haha
