I also went Falkens. After doing my research, for the driving conditions I'm in 70-75% of the time the Falkens win by a decent margin. All preference at the end of the day I guess. Don't have them mounted yet and opted for a guaranteed fit with 275/70R18's but already thinking I'll go 285/75 for my next set after these.

Anyone know if you can get the 295/70/18 or even better the 285/75/18 on a stock ORP no Air? I really want to go 34 or 35, but also have no interest in doing a level at this point.

I just got my tires (295/70/18) installed today on my Rebel. Here is how much clearance i have on the UCA. Not too bad.

While I think the 295/70/18’s look good on these trucks they will greatly affect performance and mileage. No matter how much I try to convince myself to get them I have to remind myself that I’ll not be happy. I ran them on my 2500 and even with the Cummins I lost like 2 mpg almost immediately and I felt the resistance drag they caused. Little hills I could coast over i now had to downshift on, and towing my mileage was like 3 mpg worse. Just food for thought.

Those 295's look great! Any issues with the larger size over the time you have had them? Mileage change at all? The stock Duratracs are in need of replacing on my Rebel and thinking 295's next.

I put 295/70/18 Wild Peaks on my 1 ton. As others have said, if you don’t care about your mpg go for it I guess but man that is a big heavy tire to put on a half ton. And this is just my opinion but they look really stuffed. I think the 285/70/18 size is a nice compromise

I saw a 2mpg loss on my ecodiesel when I went from the stock 32” Wild peaks to the 33” wrangler ultra terrains. And that was not even bumping up to an LT tire.

If you think 295/70/18 looks stuffed, 285/75/18 is another half inch in diameter. However, there is about a 3lb difference in weight on the Wild Peaks

Yeah I missed that. I meant 285/70/18 was a good compromise

Thanks! No issues so far. Mpg dropped maybe 1 mpg.

I just had some 295/70-18’s delivered today. Looks like a nice increase in size from my stock 275/65-18’s.

From everything I read here they’ll fit just fine with ORG.

Still have a bit of tread left on my stock tires so planned on waiting a bit but pretty excited to get these installed. Not sure I can wait much longer. Getting pretty tired of those little teeny tires.😆

Wow, waiting for pics and rub review! I didn't think I could go to 295/70/18, but I'd be interested to hear if you have any rub at all. I off road significantly, with tires at full stuff and steering angle, so might still be leery myself.
