Has anyone run these tires on a stock 5th gen 1500 or north edition (factory 1" lift) and had any issues with fitment or rubbing? Thanks in advance.

My backcountry has the same setup (2021 models was the north edition, then in 2022 changed it to back country). And my aftermarket fuel 20" rim and I run those tires with no issues. I have aftermarket mud flaps and I had to trim the inside ever so slightly because at full lock it would rub. If I didn't have those flaps, I would be fine

My question to you comes down to the rims you have.

I've been researching this tire size for my stock '23 Longhorn (no air suspension). It seems, second to lift/leveling, wheel offset is the most critical fitment factor. Wonder what offset your wheels have and what is your best guess for trimming-less offset.

You are right the offset is important. My offset is +1...so it's super close to stock rims.

Looking up my old pictures to show you the old stock factory 18" rims and tires, vs my 20" aftermarket rims. Tires is the same size, but 2" rim is the only difference. They are both falken wildpeak at3 as well but the treads are different when you up to a 20"

Picture with the tires upright...stock 18" is on the left, and new 20" on the right.

Picture with the tires on the floor, stock 18" (black) on the right and the fuel contra (20" on the left.

Got 2" of lift just on tires alone...lol

+2" diameter ==> +1" lift ;) . My 285/45R22 are dwarfed by the wheel arches. Looking forward to installing these particular tires. If I could only catch a 4th of July sale.

Thanks for the data point. I did come across a setup with +10 offset with no rubbing, but they didn't have aftermarket mud flaps.

Here is another "official" data point that I have that can help as well with the upper control arm...lol

I don't have anything to add to this thread other than, I'm not normally a fan of colors on wheels, but that blue really flows with the blue truck. Nice little touch.

Stock offset is +19. that is .75" and +1 offset moves the tire to the out side roughly .7" so that is how much additional clearance you get from the upper control arm with the change in offset. Now to your point I don't think the control arm clearance will be an issue, but with the tire set that far back you may have to trim for clearance in the turn.
