I have a '25 Limited that has been enough of headache in the short time that I've owned it that I am going to get rid of it. Currently, most every dash light is on except for airbag and tire pressure. The dealerships says the ABS module needs to be replaced but there are none to be had. They handed the keys back to me and told me they would be in touch.

In the meantime, the following features no longer function:
  1. ABS
  2. Cruise Control (either radar or traditional)
  3. 4 Wheel Drive (the dash says it doesn't work but it seems to work?)
  4. Stability Control
  5. Traction Control
  6. Remote Start (due to CEL)
  7. Collision Avoidance / Emergency Braking
Thing is, I can't sell the truck in this condition and it's been about a month waiting so far for the part. I tried working with a dealership to take it as-is and then use their Ram store to complete the warranty work but that didn't pan out. Price of the truck is based on however it looks and feels that day. Frankly, I understand. If it's months and months of waiting then it sits with them until then.

If I can't sell the truck due to the issues above and I can't get parts to actually resolve the above, do I go the buyback route? Also, I'm not interested in another one so incentive to replace it with something similar or better etc. is not on the table this time around.

You could work with a lawyer and/or learn about your states lemon laws. They do vary from state to state.
Typically, Lemon laws center around same thing failing in a certain time frame.
They typically don’t cover a major nuisance… however, since many factory safety items are not working, you may have a leg to stand on.
Michigan, for example..
repair on same item 4 times or out of service for more than 30 days the first year.

Now, in your case… you’d have to argue out of service. Not a lawyer, not gonna touch or even give advice..
Just what you’d be looking at if you lived in MI.
Good luck…
