When I first got the truck, I was able to go to the Apps page, long press an app, and drag it to the main dock at the bottom of the screen and in 2 spots at the top. I factory reset the system due to glitches but after the reset, no matter what I do, trying to long press an app does nothing. I can re-arrange the current apps in the dock but can not change what is there.
I've dug through the settings and watched a couple videos on customizing a Uconnect v4 (couldn't find one for v5) and it looks like I should just be able to long press, it'll pop the app out, and I can drag to the dock.
Is there something I'm missing? Is there some setting on Unconnect v5 that enables customized dock/icons? Am I doing it wrong?
