Have a 22 night edition on oem 20's. Toying with the idea of snatching up a set of 22's that come up frequently on marketplace and running them in the summer months. I expect several here have done this. Good, bad? If anyone with a billet silver quad cab has done this...please post a pic

Ha! I just got 20's put on my limited Night Edition to get rid of the 22s. The tires for the 22's are OUTRAGEOUS if you do anything other than stock 285/45/22. Also, I live in the south, so we can get away with all season tires year round.

I’m very happy with my 22” night edition wheels. They came on the truck. I’m on my second set of tires. Sadly, I don’t know any better as far as if 18 or 20 is a nicer ride. 22 feeels pretty damn good so I am not tempted to size down.

Which Toyos are these? My Goodyear OEM are scary in rain snd snow. What about road noise?
Toyo Open Country A/T III 305/45R22

Honestly the road noise is not bad at all.... I really don't even notice them

So far (3 days) of highwayand town driving, mine are great. But…I’d eventually like to get 20s, since I’ll be lifting and going to 35s. The 22s are way more expensive than 20s when it comes to tires

That's exactly what I did. I paid for $800 of my rims by dropping to 20s. Not to mention the tire selection is a million times better too.

My rims easily scratch whenever I habe to park very close to the side walk. Are the Toyos better ag protecting the rims than oem tires?
