22 1500 Water damage

I have a 22 Ram that has been ran off into a creek. I'm slowly replacing thr modules that were ruined.. I could feel something happening under my drivers side floorboard so I pulled the carpet back to reveal what I think is the black ac drain. I can hear that it is full of water. I'm thinking the ac drain is stopped up. I think the outside drain is somewhere around the front passenger wheel but I can't put an eye on it. Anyone know where the outside drain is? Any other ideas of what my problem maybe is much appreciated!
