21 ram 1500 pcm unlock

Can anyone help me figure out the cheapest way to unlock my pcm on my 21 ram 1500 5.7l non etorque? I’m near boston ma if I could goto someone or a local shop

I though you just use a gateway bypass cable that you would use with AlfaOBD, etc.

GDE flashed my PCM with the Ecodiesel Engine Tune that got me an extra 45 HP, 80 ft/lbs, an 7-10% better mileage.

So my issue is I’m trying to run a tuner and the pcm is locked which I do have a bypass cable but the pcm being locked won’t allow me to run the tuner
