2025 SST Bighorn Key fob not detected and both batteries drained dead

I have a wonderful 2025 Bighorn Longhorn edition. At 900 miles I started getting the Key fob not detected issue. Dealer had no idea how to fix. I figured out that when my phone was in the cradle charging I would get that issue. Told dealer and Ram tech support. Nothing. Crickets. It’s been back 4 times for that issue. So I don’t put my phone in cradle until it’s started. Now at 9K miles both batteries died 90 miles from home. Called Ram roadside, got a tow truck to jump it. Drove 90 miles home watching the volt gauge go from 12.7 down to 12 volts when we got yo dealership. They informed me today that the radio is the culprit. Now waiting on that. Curious if this is a bigger problem than I think.
