2025 Ram tungsten

I’ve ordered a 2025 ram 1500 tungsten in January 2024 and I had to call Ram myself and told me it would be February 2025! I’m tired of waiting! Is there a way to check my order to see if my salesman did or didn’t prioritize my order? I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A TRUCK THAT WILL BE AN OLD NEW TRUCK!

Well take consolation in the fact that it will still be the newest old new truck available.

You should have gotten notification of the order, within a couple days. Shortly after, you get a VIN. They don't build in order, but there is something wrong, if it's not built in 12 months. The dealer probably never ordered. Although 24s were a short year, I didn't think orders opened up that early.

Best way is to reach out the dealer and escalate it to RAM rep.

Trying since the 7th month! Called ram. They give you the run around by hanging up and transferring to someone who doesn’t have anything to do with truck. I’ve asked to speak to my case manager since 7th month directly not one call! The case manager sends the exact repetitive email every 14 days when there was a Chang on my order status same repetitive email stating no change in your vehicle status will reach back to you in another 14 days. Ordered in January 2024 and truck will not be ready until 2025 February. They took auto parking and the on board power system off. But the RAM website still lets pick on board power system which is false advertisement. THIS WILL BE MY LAST RAM community!

Did you order through dealer or RAM website? All dealer knew that onboard power system wasn't available until next year.

No offense to the OP, but asking about a 2025 model truck, that doesn’t have a Hemi, in the Hemi sub section…may not net the best answers.
