2025 Ram Top Ten Issues list?

There was a thread on this already. The 2025s have shown quite a few quality issues. We've seen some of them even play out in YouTube reviews. Matt Maran's 2025 tester totally lost all cruise control function and the infotainment went wacky. My 2025 tester had a windshield that wasn't sealed at the factory, presenting horrible wind noise (and perhaps water leak). We've seen wiring harnesses come apart while driving because they were made too short. And then there was the Butta' da Insider video where he interviewed assembly line workers and they talked about all the quality issues on the new 2025s, and about how it upset them because the blame keeps being put on the workers but it's Stellantis who is designing this junk.
Yes, I have read and seen some of these videos but first I have heard of the items you mentioned.

I am disenchanted with Stellantis laying off labor workforce and especially US engineers.....farming out to cheap labor in brazil, india, morocco, etc.

CDJR are iconic American vehicles and it is sacrilegious to see them devalued and managed by a foreign entity that places no value on their classic history.

Not happening, it will be a mess for some time. Stellantis has taken the cut costs and outsource approach.
Agreed, this is a tragic corporate managerial direction.....

I really enjoyed my Rebel GT but could not live with the drivability safety issue of stalling in traffic....which I tried to have fixed for 1 1/2 years.

So then I was so excited about the introduction of the RHO and ordered one.

Then I started reading all the post/videos about issues, Stellantis taking over CFA, and their US business strategy.....I had no idea all this was going on.

Not sure where all this is headed.....

Except for CDJR, take a look at the collection of dog **** owned by Stellantis.
Cost savings will support the crap like Abarath, Vauxhall, Fiat, etc.
We are paying for it with reduced quality and outsourced jobs.

That video was a little fluffed IMO. No real damning info in it, and just a few disgruntled employees making vague accusations with no real proof of anything.

These are the ones that I have so far:
1) Clunky or rough shifts
2) Body gaps, hood is open more on the passenger side then driver
3) Apple car play has some issues - mutes for a second or two randomly
My hood is off where it meets the drivers side A Pillar. The A pillar seems to be bout 1/8 of an inch higher then the hood. The hood/fender gaps are pretty decent on the sides. I have found some minor paint defects. A couple pieces of trash in the paint and what like like drips on the bottom corners of the tailgate.

Yeah I finally hand washed it this weekend and found the same in my paint already as well. Found spots where the clear coat ran to the edges and one spot that looks like it has a hair.

There has been much discussion and videos posted (in several Ram forums) concerning Stellantis 2025 Ram manufacturing/engineering quality issues.

I have been reading thru all the detailed 2025 Ram issue postings, trying to keep up with forum member issues and if they have been fixed.

Is there a simple top ten tracking list of 2025 Ram issues posted somewhere......just stating issue, i.e. engine code number, transmission shifting rough and fixed or unfixed?

If not, would there be value in having a simple issues lookup list?
Add parasitic drawl to the list. I'm dealing with it now. They can't figure out the issue, and I've been without my Ram for 110 days.

After one week of ownership, add:

1. Digital Key functionality not available
2. Speed sensitive auto door lock's function unavailable

Thats crazy... You pull fuses one at a time with a voltmeter... Maybe there are more than 110 fuses and he pulls 1 a day...

Here's mine:
Auto side step quit working- harness issue
The M ot ram on tailgate came loose- new m installed
Tonneau cover leaks in access, not solved yet
Paul B
2025 ram limited

Here is an update on mine.
1 : bad steering wheel fit and finish. The leather wrap was a mess and you could feel wires undernieth it. It also had bubbling.

Update. Dealer has replaced steering wheel.
2 : interior ambient air sensor made a lot of noise. Update : dealer replaced
3 : bad software update for u connect 5 it auto installed.
Update no resolution yet. Symptoms flickering screen, inconsistent profile loading on startup. Random sytems just malfunction and today the screen went black again and restarted driving down the road. Kinda pissed it loaded the update automatically last week also part my fault as I had not turned off auto update. I had no previous software issues before that absolutely none.
4 bad fit and finish of lower rear seats. Leather is not seated well and wrinkled a little. Living with it for now as it’s very minor in retrospect.

Guess I'm disabling the Auto-Update feature today after reading this :(

very wise! I wish I had found the menu item to turn it off before hand because after the update Im not so happy with it.
Well, I received the update this morning and installed it. Here are the update details. See pic. I have had no time to assess yet but will report back findings later. I can tell you that the Auto Door Lock option still does not exist or function.

I have had my 2025 since July and the speed sensitive auto locks not working too. Ram states a fix is coming with the engineer team. Very frustrating as my soon open the door going down the highway. Ram does not care anymore service has dropped.

Guess you could enable the child safety locks on rear doors
