I bought a 25 Laramie with everything but tech package about a month ago. Thurs when I left to go to work the screen said maps loading. I didn't think anything about it until the dash went blank a few minutes later while driving. It continued to do this every couple of minutes resetting the mileage back to 1615 on the odometer for mile 32 mile trip. Most features of dash would not work while it was up. When I returned home it did the same thing but this time check engine light stayed on. Dropped it of at dealer yesterday and of coarse this was a new issue for them. Anyone had this issue?

Good old electrical gremlins. Factory reset on the screen, check all the ground wires, and hope your have a good trustworthy dealership service department.

Yeah I'm hoping its a simple solution because I love the truck. It's the dash screen not the center screen.

Disconnect the battery and let it sit awhile, then reconnect and let it sit longer. See if it resets everything.

Update: dealer called today after 9 days with no word on truck. They told me the instrument panel cluster was bad and they can't find one anywhere. They said they had to make up a part number just to order one. They said they have no idea when they will get it. So far very unimpressed with the service I've gotten.

Not sure if you got yours fixed. But I have the same issue with my 2025 Limited. Dealer said the same thing to me as well. It’s now been over a month. I’ll be filing for California Lemon Law.

they are building trucks everyday. clearly they have a supplier i'll never understand why they can't just get one from the assembly plant. no we would rather alienate a customer buy the truck back and loose another customer plus have that customer tell everyone that will listen about the bad experience. what a freaking circus.
