Hello everyone one new here, 2 months ago I purchase my first 2025 1500 rebel, 2 weeks ago I was hearing a clunking noice , I have tools in my bed so I thought it was that last week took everything off my bed, and drove and the noice kept getting louder, Tuesday went to pick up my son from school and felt something hitting hard the undercarriage, pulled over, front cv axel passenger side came out boot broke and grease everywhere, took it to the dealership they replaced it under warranty, picked it up yesterday no issues, today I went to get breakfast for the kids and as soon as I stept in the side step to get in I herd the clunking noice again just stepinng on the truck , took rhe vehicle around the block in my neighborhood and her the clunking again took it to the dealership they can't see it till Monday I left it there wanted to know if anyone had experience anything like it, all it has is a 1.5 leveling that was done the first week of owning the truck , I've had it for a month an half to be precise i just made my first payment on the first of this month and only have 5k miles , I drive alot cause of family but that's all the truck has I do have a video I took before taking it to the dealership, let me know what ya think , thanks everyone. was not able to upload video here so I uploaded it on youtube.

Yes pucks , never had this happened, I've owned 3 1500's in my life and the new sst is the one giving all the issues, had also 3 check engine lights cause of the fuel canister, which they also replaced, then the axel.

i doubt the engine is the issue here.

take out the pucks and retorque everything you touched. see if the problem goes away.
next time just do bilstein 5100 coilover, your truck will thank you.
